Brand new building will be constructed when a lease on the building is secured, the build time frame will be approximately 6 months. It is a triple net lease, and the lessee will pay their own utilities. A deposit of $10,000 will be due upon acceptance of the lease. There will be 2 open spaces divided equally front to back, and the tenant will be able to modify them as necessary to their tenancy, as long as approved by the Owner.
